It is also equipped with STEINER High-Contrast-Optics for any situation. This ensures brightest, crispy clear images in low light and maximum high-contrast in bright sunlight conditions or rough weather. With illuminated compass and the added comfort of the STEINER Sports-Auto-Focus. No need to constantly refocus: enjoy the fact that you can adjust for your vision once and enjoy sharp viewing for ever, in any situation even at varying or rapidly changing distances.

The shock-absorbing Makrolon® fibre reinforced polycarbonate body with slip-proof tough rubber armour makes the Navigator 7x50 K a reliable companion. The nitrogen pressure filling by a two-way-valve technology for a fog-free performance round out the excellent performance.

HD-stabilized Precision Compass

The largest available, extremely stabilized HD-compass ever to be fitted in binoculars. The size of the compass guarantees most accurate bearings. Giving you just that little bit of extra safety on the high seas. Fluid damping and illumination make it possible to fix your position under any extreme condition imaginable.

Available for Commander xp 7x50 K: this precision reticle makes it possible to calculate size or distance absolutely precise. For Navigator 7x50 K, a bearing mark for easy reading is integrated.

High-Contrast-Optics

STEINER's High-Contrast-Optics provides outstanding viewing quality and are exceedingly good value. They are perfect for both beginners and passionate professionals. All lenses and prisms are manufactured with maximum precision and are specially coated and deliver optimum observing results. Such state-of the art optical technology guarantees absolutely bright, high-contrast and sharply contoured images with natural colour definition.

STEINER Sports-Auto-Focus

The STEINER Sports-Auto-Focus makes handling particularly comfortable. If both eyes are of the same dioptre strength, simply set both of the adjusting rings on the eyecups to "0" and you will see clearly from 20 m to infinity. If not, adjust both oculars individually for razor sharp images. Once adjusted, everything will be sharp and clear from 20 m to infinity for varying distances. Simple use. Also with a single hand only.

Eyecups cylindric-soft

Like all eyecups from STEINER, the cylindric-soft version is made of a soft, smooth silicone, that is kind to your skin.

Nitrogen pressure filling via 2-way-valve technology

Fogging up or the formation of condensation inside the binoculars is totally prevented by this high-tech solution. Even temperature variations between -40° and +80°C do not have any adverse effects on the functionality of STEINER nitrogen-filled binoculars. The unique 2-way-valve technology makes inspection, service and maintenance possible even after a number of years. Your binoculars are always ready for action under the most extreme conditions or in the worst weather conditions. Optical quality and precision are maintained for decades.

Water pressure proof up to 2 m

The binoculars from STEINER resist water pressure in a depth from 2 m. Special sealing technologies make it possible. No dust, no dirt and no humidity can penetrate into the binoculars. This technology saves your binocular investment, as this is the only way to protect the high-end optics from outer influences.

SEBS Professional rubber armouring

SEBS rubber armouring is offering an excellent grip even under difficult conditions. The soft, silicon rubber material is slip-proof, noiseless and shock-absorbing thus makes the binoculars comfortable to hold at a maximum ease-of-use. This rubber armouring is super rugged and long lasting- for a perfect grip.
